The time was when NO Sweeney episode was complete without Regan and Carter ragging the guts out of a MK1 Granada, usually chasing the standard Jaguar MK X or MK III, and here we have another great casting from Vanguards (with Lledo in the baseplate too), it is marked as a Granada/Consul, and in this blue with vinyl roof looks ready to get chasing some bad guy, even in the latest Sweeney movie, the police were in sporty Fords and bad guys in a Jaguar XF.
The casting here is well proportioned with working suspension, open front windows and detailed interior (if a little too much black) the alloy wheels are good too, but the wheels are fixed so no independent wheel movement, if you get a magnifying glass you will see Granada Ghia on the left hand side of the boot lid and Automatic on the right, but you will have to strain hard to see.
