Its was great to see Corgi producing some small scale models again, not since the Juniors days have the produced their own models, they have re-branded other manufactures models as their own in the past, but now they are back.
The five Models here are from the construction five pack, which consists of a centre swivel tractor, a normal tractor model, below, under that is a brilliant modelled Land Rover LR4 (albeit is does have awful wheel set up, as the wheels scrap on the arches, and this is the same for other LR4 models Corgi make).
below the LR4, there is the road roller, which again swivels in the centre, and has a heavy roller on the front made of metal, which is really nice to see, and lastly the Scania cement truck, all branded in a construction coulourset, this is a really nice five pack from Corgi, and at only £8.00 from Tesco i was pleasantly surprised, I hope Corgi expand the range further into model cars, they have already added a MINI hatch, London Taxi TX4, various interpretations of the Scania, and LR4 and Defender.
I am adding these as I find them, they are better detailed than other models, and slightly high priced, but they are heavier and better made, so well worth the extra money.
